Our Simple Cacao collection showcases the rich, earthy flavours of raw organic Criollo cacao in a variety of organic blends.

This simple, yet flavoursome collection is the perfect indulgence for the dark chocolate lover. Whether as a gift for someone special, or to simply enjoy on your own.

We blend raw organic Criollo cacao, sourced from UTZ Certified organic farmers in Peru, with premium cacao butter and unrefined Indonesian coconut sugar, giving our chocolate a subtle caramel undertone.

Based in Gerringong on the NSW South Coast, we're a nib-to-bar chocolate maker and we make unroasted craft chocolate for the mindful eater using organic single origin cacao.
